Nina has had a long career working with people in Nursing and in family services before completing a Master of Counselling. She has spent most of her life in NSW but came to a stage in life where she was looking for an adventure, so she headed out to a remote Aboriginal community in Northern Territory. Nina’s area of interest are trauma – past and present, family and relationship (including stress and sexuality) issues, end of life challenges. She works with adults, youths and children using a variety of therapies including: Narrative, Emotion Focussed Therapy, Compassion Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Solution Focussed Therapy.
