Rebecca is a dedicated Clinical Counsellor, specialising in helping adults (18+) facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Her expertise includes supporting individuals with alcohol and other substance dependencies (AOD), anger management, anxiety, ADHD, grief and loss, panic attacks, relationship issues, stress and women’s issues. Rebecca adopts a nonjudgmental and humanistic approach to counselling, creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals are empowered to explore their own solutions. She strongly believes that the client is the expert in their own life and works collaboratively with them to facilitate positive change. Passionate about her work, Rebecca is committed to continuing her practice and working towards becoming a clinical supervisor which will further expand her ability to support and mentor other mental health professionals.
