PERSONAL INFORMATION
Master of Counselling, Grad dip. Secondary Education, BA Arts.
Tiffany has worn many career hats, including FIFO Safety Advisor, but her passion for helping others has been the common thread. Before becoming a counsellor, Tiffany worked at Perth Children’s Hospital as a school teacher, supporting some of the State’s acutely unwell children and adolescents. Through working with children and their families affected by trauma, eating disorders, ADHD, gender dysphoria and schizophrenia, Tiffany developed a deep appreciation for how harmful behaviours often emerge as responses to unmet needs, ingrained beliefs, and intergenerational patterns.
Known for her warmth and empathy, Tiffany adjusts her approach to suit her client, believing in a collaborative approach but being more directive when needed. Drawing on a range of therapeutic techniques, her educational background and over a decade of teaching yoga, Tiffany combines mindfulness and practical strategies to empower clients to uncover meaning and resilience in the difficulties they face.
Building a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of Tiffany’s work with her clients where trust and safety allow for deep healing. Whatever challenges clients bring to a session, Tiffany offers a non-judgmental space to explore, heal, and grow.
