Aletta has over 30 years of varied experience and enjoys working with a wide range of clients, including children, adults, and families, drawing from her extensive experience as an educator to support those seeking to learn and discover more about themselves and their place in the world. Aletta’s approach is client-centred, but she also utilizes a range of other modalities, such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Somatic-Based Therapies, Family Constellations, Mindfulness, Psycho-Spiritual Practices, and Crisis Counselling, tailoring each session to the unique needs and goals of her clients. Her compassionate space empowers clients to set goals, strengthen relationships, build resilience, gain new skills, and achieve greater self-awareness to help them find their true purpose. Through her non-judgmental and kind approach, Aletta creates a safe environment where clients feel at ease, allowing them to explore different aspects of their life.
