Louise is a registered Counsellor with a focus on anxiety, anger, stress, decision making and change, her purpose is simply helping people, through non-judgemental, person centred counselling and coaching. In addition to one-on-one counselling for challenges such as stress, anxiety and depression, and anger management, and coaching through life changes like career change, divorce, and parenting, Louise’s roles have included employee assistance, bullying and harassment support and coaching employees and teams through a variety of issues. She has extensive skills and experience in ensuring that different viewpoints are considered and supporting people to consider information from diverse sources in their decision making. Louise builds cooperation and collaboration with her clients, tailoring her approach to suit everyone.
