With a Bachelor of Science in psychology and certification as Mental Health First Aider, she is passionate about fostering awareness and support for mental health wellbeing – both online and in person. She thrives on keeping things well organised and is dedicated to creating a calm and compassionate environment for everyone who walks through our doors. Outside of work, Mannat loves getting lost in a good book and to share her passion for movement by teaching dance classes.
