Geoff has over 25 years’ experience in the learning and development industry and will be a happy man when organisations stop “training” their people as a disposable cost and invest the time and energy into creating environments where people development is considered an integral and non-negotiable element of corporate strategy.
He has applied his people development expertise across a wide variety of industries including finance and accounting, agriculture, further education and mining and construction. Of particular current interest is helping business understand and implement the relatively recent Work Health and Safety mandate for employers to create psychologically safe workplaces.
As a skilled coach and learning facilitator Geoff works hard to enable learning transfer and to help ensure learners embed new skills in their day-to-day work activities.
