Kathryn is passionate about supporting people in the workplace and has therefore gained qualifications including Bachelor of Psychology and Master of Counselling degrees. This comes after many years of leading and training staff in business, and a desire to understand the complexities of human behaviour to encourage personal and professional development and wellbeing.

Considered a highly skilled Counsellor with exceptional communication skills by clients, Kathryn has the ability to quickly develop a strong therapeutic relationship. She works with expertise to create the trusting environment needed to help clients understand themselves and others and become empowered to work through challenges as they arise. Known as a gentle and compassionate Counsellor working with adults, couples, teenagers and children, Kathryn draws from different theoretical frameworks to best suit the unique needs of each individual.
