After a successful career in Public Relations, Sara transitioned into counselling, bringing strong interpersonal insight and a grounded, empathetic and realistic approach. She is known for her straightforward, no-nonsense style, creating a therapeutic environment that is supportive, honest and focused on meaningful change. Sara works with a wide range of presenting issues, including relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, stress, workplace conflict, bullying, work performance concerns and developmental or vocational challenges, couples counselling, grief and loss frameworks and family-dynamics approaches. She helps clients develop awareness of the patterns, beliefs and emotional responses influencing their lives, supporting them to interrupt unhelpful cycles and move toward healthier ways of thinking and relating.
“My role is to help you acknowledge, understand, accept and change the thought patterns that may be holding you back”, her aim is to arm you with awareness to navigate your challenges with clarity and confidence. In relationship counselling, Sara works as a neutral mediator, helping partners understand each other’s perspectives, identify what may be going unseen and apply clear, structured tools to improve communication, reduce conflict and strengthen their connection. Sara has been part of Lifeskills Australia for many years, working closely with Clinical Director Lee Pagana as a co-facilitator of the Lifeskills Seminar.
